SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: Under the Canopy is offering free domestic US ground shipping on all orders until December 31th, 2020. Domestic customers also have the ability to pay an additional fee for 1 or 2-day shipping. However, at this time, all shippers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.) have suspended guaranteed shipping indefinitely and we advise customers to choose expedited shipping options at their own risk. Orders typically ship within 24 business hours. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be sent out the following day. Orders received over the weekend or on a federal holiday will be processed for shipment within 24 business hours upon return. All shipments are properly insured at no additional cost to customers.

Easy Returns: We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchased from UndertheCanopy.com. If you are not fully satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item within 60* days for a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal and exempt from a refund.

All orders will receive a pre-paid shipping label to make returns easy. Should you choose to use our return label to ship your product back, an $8 fee will be deducted from your final return refund.
